BIRCHER MUESLI

A gluten free, superfood packed breakfast that is not only easy to make but contains all the nutrients to power start your day. Easily transported to work in a glass jar there is no excuse for skipping the most important meal of the day! This version of Bircher is the perfect detox meal.


You need

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 cup Activated Almonds

  • 1/2 cup Cashews

  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut

  • 1 tbsp Goji Berries

  • 2 tsp. dried blueberries

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Powder

  • 1 pinch Himalayan salt

  • 1tsp Bee Pollen

Method

1. Blitz water, almonds, cashews in a Vitamix or high speed blender and transfer to a bowl.

2. Add Shredded Coconut, Goji Berries, dried blueberries, Vanilla and salt.

3. Cover and place in fridge overnight.

4. Serve with sheep’s milk yoghurt, fresh mint and Bee Pollen.
