JACQUELINE LOVETT

Jacqueline Lovett is a degree-qualified Naturopath who graduated from Endeavour College of Natural Health in 2017. With a passion for empowering clients to listen to their bodies and take control of their health, Jacqueline's approach is both realistic and compassionate. She strives to make the process of addressing the root causes of health concerns as stress-free as possible.

Since graduating, Jacqueline has gained valuable experience working alongside some of the industry's leading professionals, including her time at Core Naturopathics in Wollongong and Australia’s leading thyroid clinic in Sydney. These experiences have deepened her expertise in holistic health and given her great insight into supporting individuals going through various health challenges.

As of 2024, Jacqueline is furthering her knowledge by being enrolled in Rhiannon Hardingham's Mentoring Program for 2024, which focuses on Reproductive Health. This ongoing education ensures that she remains at the forefront of the latest naturopathic practices and continues to provide the highest level of care to her clients.

Jacqueline's personal health journey has provided her with deep insights into gut health, hormones, managing stress, preventing burnout, and embracing mindfulness. Her own experience with polycystic ovarian syndrome has uniquely equipped her to support other women facing this condition, understanding both the physical challenges and the mental load that often accompanies it. Jacqueline believes that true health requires strong foundations, built on solid diet and lifestyle choices. These foundations are key to building resilience and achieving a better quality of life. Jacqueline also embraces a collaborative approach, working with various health practitioners to provide individualised and comprehensive care.

 

Jacqueline is currently available at Darling Health on Mondays and one Saturday/month, offering face-to-face, phone, or Telehealth consults.
